Where we ship
We ship worldwide.
Processing time
Every order is carefully prepared and quality-checked before shipping. Processing takes 1–3 business days (occasionally up to 5 during busy periods).
Delivery times
Once shipped, estimated delivery is:
- European Union: 10–14 business days
- United States: 8–12 business days
- Other regions: 2–4 weeks
Total time from order to doorstep is therefore approximately 2 to 3 weeks. We appreciate your patience — each CatNido order is prepared with care.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. You can follow your package at any time.
Delays
Occasionally, factors outside our control (customs, high demand, carrier delays) may extend delivery. If your order takes significantly longer than expected, contact us at hello@catnido.com and we'll help right away.

Nous expédions actuellement partout dans le monde.
Délai de préparation
Chaque commande est préparée et contrôlée avant expédition. La préparation prend 1 à 3 jours ouvrés (jusqu'à 5 en période de forte affluence).
Délais de livraison
Une fois expédiée, la livraison estimée est de :
- Union européenne : 10 à 14 jours ouvrés
- États-Unis : 8 à 12 jours ouvrés
- Autres régions : 2 - 4 semaines

Suivi de commande
Vous recevrez un numéro de suivi par e-mail dès l'expédition de votre commande.
Retards éventuels
